Maintenance and Support Options

IronWare add-on and stand-alone solutions require 1st year maintenance at 18%, which provides for free upgrades, updates and product support (M-F 8AM-5PM MST) during the first year.  After the first year, ongoing (annual) maintenance is optional and provided for each product at 18% per year,  providing the same level of free upgrades, updates and product support for the year. 

Non-maintenance customers can receive product support on a $/hour basis -- contact IronWare support for more information.  Upgrades and updates can be purchased as needed at the current rate.
