Position Overview:
Your responsibilities include the implementation of one or more applications, writing project plans, directing the work of more junior consultants, managing project issues and assisting in closing sales.

Position requirements:

	Functional or technical knowledge of any of the following Application - Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Small Business Manager, MAS 500, SAP Business One or Abra Suite.
	Project experience implementing, upgrading or utilizing financial software systems from an accounting perspective
	A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with the above mentioned applications and 5 years of professional work experience.

Skill Requirements:

Project experience with implementing, upgrading or utilizing Financial software systems for Tier I or Tier II companies from either a technical or accounting perspective.  Financial product line includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Inventory, Budgeting and Project Costing Systems.

Accounting Oriented Experience:

Implementation skills (any or all of the following):

	Project planning
	Account definition
	Functional design
	Testing/reconciliation
	Report definition and creation
	User training
	Documentation
	Procedures and standards

Technically Oriented Experience:

Implementation skills (any or all of the following:)

	Project planning
	Conversion maps/programs
	System customization
	Job processing (schedulers, report distribution)
	Environment/configuration planning (installation, development, staging production)
	Database skills: SQL, Oracle, Access

General Experience:

	Consulting experience - client relations, project and task organization skills, strong communication skills
	Ability to work independently and to adapt to project unknowns and changes
