ADP to GL Import for Microsoft Dynamics SL

Product Description:
The ADP Import utility module is designed to read an ADP ASCII generated payroll file and automatically create a journal entry batch "on hold" in the Microsoft Dynamics SL General Ledger. The user locates the ADP payroll file, defines a General Ledger period to post for the transaction, and assigns a transaction date for the journal entry. From here, clicking on the ADP import push button begins the import process.

Setup Screen allows users to map pertinent information from ADP to Microsoft Dynamics SL

Feature/Benefits:

	Reads ADP ASCII generated payroll files to create a journal entry batch in the SL General Ledger
	Locates the ADP payroll file using a standard browse button
	Maintains a user definable set-up screen which maps information from the ADP system to the applicable SL fields
	Ability to report headcount information to track information related to the number of employees on staff
	Set up is a one-time function for both end user and consultant
	Calculates the payroll accrual journal entry for companies that process payroll every two weeks, which can then be automatically reversed through the SL closing process
	Customization Manager enabled
	Includes on-line help for easy implementations
	Ability to automatically import into SL a reversing Accrual Payroll GL entry based on a percentage of totals from the import file
